- 1½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls
- ¼ cup fresh basil, torn
Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cool water. - Crisp the prosciutto

Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. - Assemble salad
