- 12 oz pasta (rotini, penne, or bowtie)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
- 1½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls (or cubed mozzarella)
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional but recommended)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the pasta
