Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard or yellow mustard
- 1 tsp sweet relish (optional but traditional)
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions
- Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water.
Bring to a boil, turn off the heat, and cover for 10–12 minutes. - Transfer eggs to ice water and cool completely.
Peel eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. - Remove yolks and mash them in a bowl.
Mix with mayonnaise, mustard, relish, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. - Pipe or spoon the filling back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika and chill before serving.
