Ingredients
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped topping
- ½ cup chopped pistachios (optional)
Instructions
- Mix pudding powder and pineapple (with juice).
- Stir in marshmallows and pistachios.
- Fold in whipped topping gently.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
