Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup natural peanut butter
⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
½ cup mini chocolate chips
2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Mix the Ingredients

Add oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt to a bowl.

Mix well until the texture becomes sticky and uniform.
2. Chill the Mixture

Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up the mixture.

This makes rolling easier.
3. Roll Into Balls

Roll mixture into balls, about 1 inch in size.

Place onto a tray or plate.
4. Store

Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Notes
Swap peanut butter for almond butter or sunflower seed butter for nut-free schools.
Add-ins you can use: shredded coconut, raisins, dried cranberries, cocoa powder, or flaxseed.
If mixture is too dry → add a little more honey or peanut butter.
If mixture is too sticky → add 1–2 tablespoons oats and mix again.
