Ingredients
- 3 ripe kiwis, peeled
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
- ¾ cup milk or coconut water
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Add kiwi, banana, yogurt, and milk to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add honey if extra sweetness is needed.
- Add ice for a colder, thicker smoothie and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

- Use frozen banana for a thicker texture.
- Coconut water makes it lighter and more refreshing.
- Add spinach for extra nutrients without changing flavor much.
