Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
1 cup milk (any type)
1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Add milk, banana, berries, oats, yogurt, and seeds to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add honey if extra sweetness is desired.
- Add ice for a thicker smoothie and blend again.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Make it vegan by using dairy-free milk + yogurt.
Use frozen fruit for a thicker smoothie.
Add protein powder for extra staying power.
Can be prepared the night before—just stir before drinking.
