Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  1. ½ cup rolled oats
  2. ½ cup milk (any kind)
  3. ¼ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  4. 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  5. 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  6. ½ tsp vanilla extract
  7. Pinch of salt
  8. 1–2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  9. Optional add-ins:
  10. 1 tsp chia seeds
  11. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. Add oats, milk, yogurt, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt to a jar or bowl.
  2. Stir well until fully combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  5. Stir in the morning and enjoy cold, or warm slightly if desired.

Notes

  • Use rolled oats, not instant oats.
  • Adjust milk for thicker or thinner oats.
  • Mini chocolate chips distribute best.
  • Keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
