Ingredients
- 1½ lbs (700 g) boneless chicken, cubed
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, lemon juice, spices, and salt.
- Add chicken and marinate at least 1 hour (overnight best).
- Skewer chicken pieces.
- Grill or bake at 425°F (220°C) for 18–20 minutes.
- Broil 2–3 minutes for charred edges.
- Serve hot with sauce or naan.
