For the Brownies
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar - 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Cheesecake Swirl - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add cocoa powder, flour, and salt; mix until smooth.
- Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until creamy.
- Drop spoonfuls of cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
- Swirl gently with a knife to create a marbled design.
- Bake 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
