Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works best)
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
- ½ cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Stovetop (Fastest Method)
- Add cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing to a skillet over medium heat.
- Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add shredded chicken and mix well.
- Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Cook until melted and hot. Serve immediately.
- Microwave Option
- Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave for 2–3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Heat until melted and creamy.
Notes
- Adjust heat by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
- Add a splash of milk if the dip is too thick.
- Serve with tortilla chips, celery, crackers, or toasted bread.
- Keeps well refrigerated for up to 3 days.
