Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
- ¾ cup milk or almond milk
- 1 tsp blue spirulina powder (optional for extra vibrant color)
- 1 tbsp honey or agave (optional)
- 2–3 ice cubes if needed
Instructions
- Add blueberries, banana, yogurt, and milk to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add spirulina powder and blend again until fully combined.
- Taste and add honey if extra sweetness is desired.
- Add ice to adjust thickness and blend briefly.
- Serve immediately.

- Use frozen blueberries for a thicker smoothie.
- Add chia seeds, flax seeds, or protein powder for a filling breakfast.
- Spirulina boosts nutrition and color but can be omitted.
