Ingredients
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper, letting it overhang the sides.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Pour in heavy cream, vanilla, and salt; mix to combine. - Add flour and mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into the pan.
Bake 45–50 minutes until deeply browned on top but still jiggly in the center.
Cool completely; chill 2–3 hours for best texture.
Notes
- The center should remain slightly soft and creamy.
Longer baking creates a firmer texture with more browning. - Serve with berries or caramel if desired.
