Ingredients

  1. 24 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper, letting it overhang the sides.

    Pour in heavy cream, vanilla, and salt; mix to combine.
  4. Add flour and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into the pan.
    Bake 45–50 minutes until deeply browned on top but still jiggly in the center.
    Cool completely; chill 2–3 hours for best texture.

Notes
