Instructions
- Add oats, milk, yogurt, sweetener, and salt to a jar or bowl.
- Stir well until everything is combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Stir in the morning and add toppings if desired.
- Enjoy cold or warm slightly before eating.
Notes
Use rolled oats, not instant or steel-cut oats.
Adjust milk for thicker or thinner consistency.
