Juicy, tender air fryer chicken with a crispy outside—quick, healthy, and packed with flavor using just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  1. 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  2. 1 tbsp olive oil
  3. 1 tsp paprika
  4. ½ tsp garlic powder
  5. ½ tsp onion powder
  6. ½ tsp salt
  7. ¼ tsp black pepper
  8. ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub chicken with olive oil.
  4. In a small bowl, mix all seasonings.
  5. Season chicken evenly on both sides.
  6. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook another 6–8 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.

Notes

  • Cooking time depends on thickness of chicken.
  • For extra crispiness, spray lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
