Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
- Rub chicken with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix all seasonings.
- Season chicken evenly on both sides.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook another 6–8 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
Notes
- Cooking time depends on thickness of chicken.
- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
- Works great for meal prep—store up to 4 days refrigerated.
- Add BBQ sauce, buffalo sauce, or lemon juice after cooking for variety.
